My Sunday Photo : Parkrun...

My Sunday photo was taken yesterday at Parkrun.

Me, my youngest son and daughter ran it. It was so warm at 9 oclock and we all worked hard. Especially my daughter as she got a pb.  She ran around with her dad, so he could encourage her on. When I had done the race I waited for her to finish so I could cheer her on. Not to far behind me this week too.

I rushed over and gave her a big hug but she was feeling a little sick as she had sprinted to the end..
