American Apparel Nail Lacquer

With the sudden rise in temperature and the long awaited appearance of sunny weather, sandals are afoot and with them the ever lasting question of what nail polish colour to sport. Fruity brights are usually a favourite of mine, with coral and turquoise topping the selection. This summer however, I've continuously been applying this pure white polish from American Apparel as soon as it wears off. Reminiscent of those Tippex fingernails that everyone experimented with at school, it's not to everyone's taste, but I love how conveniently the lack of colour goes with every outfit! Whilst American Apparel polishes are a bit on the pricey side at £7 a pop, the quality and lasting power is excellent, and their colour selection is difficult to top. The minimal packaging also appeals to my love of monochrome, so if you're going to invest in a new brand this summer I'd definitely give this one a go!
